1. About Skybiz Communication Network (SCN)

Skybiz Communication Network (SCN) and its associated operating entities (IBCCL) are BTRC-licensed Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Cable Television (CATV) distributors serving residential, business, and corporate clients across major areas in Dhaka City (Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Uttara, Mirpur DOHS, etc.). We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and maintaining full compliance with the telecommunication regulations of Bangladesh.

2. Information We Collect

To provide high-speed optical fiber internet, digital cable TV broadcasts, and 24/7 technical customer care, we collect limited necessary subscriber information:

• Subscriber Identity: Full Name, National ID (NID) / Passport copy, contact numbers, and installation address as required by BTRC ISP licensing mandates.
• Billing Data: Package choices, monthly subscription invoices, transaction IDs (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer receipts).
• Technical Connection Logs: Assigned static/dynamic IP addresses, MAC address of Optical Network Units (ONU) or routers for network line diagnostics and fault detection.

3. Zero Traffic Inspection & Data Protection

SCN respects your digital confidentiality. We enforce a strict Zero Traffic Inspection Policy:

• We do NOT inspect, record, log, monitor, or sell your private web browsing activities, messages, downloads, or media streams.
• All optical fiber transmission paths are encrypted at the hardware backbone level to protect your data against unauthorized interception.
• Subscriber NID and billing records are stored on secure, access-restricted servers with dual-factor authentication.

4. Customer Support & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our 250+ dedicated optical technicians and support staff use your provided phone numbers strictly to:

• Respond to optical fiber line breakages, speed upgrades, or router reconfiguration requests.
• Send scheduled monthly bill reminders and emergency optical line maintenance alerts via SMS or phone calls.
• We will NEVER sell or share your contact numbers with third-party marketing companies.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Legal Disclosures

As a nationwide ISP operator licensed under the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), SCN adheres strictly to the Digital Security Act and Telecommunication Laws of Bangladesh. Personal data is disclosed only when mandated by formal, lawful orders issued by authorized government law enforcement agencies.
